Mobile HVAC Technician

Performs a variety of electrical, skilled and semi-skilled construction, maintenance, modification and repair activities in commercial applications. Basic trade activities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and carpentry work. Performs additional duties as needed or assigned.

Responsibilities

Travel to work site as assigned
Complete repair, construction or installation as needed
Instruct and guide helper when needed
Determine equipment and supplies needed for project completion

Qualifications

Ability to understand and follow English instructions
High school diploma or GED
Three years of related maintenance, repair and/or construction experience
Able to use facilities management software
Valid state drivers license with a satisfactory driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pass pre-employment drug screening and agree to criminal history background check
EPA Universal

Good verbal and written communication skills
