Performs a variety of HVAC, electrical, skilled and semi-skilled construction, maintenance, modification and repair activities in commercial applications. Basic trade activities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. Performs additional duties as needed or assigned.
Travel to work site as assigned
Complete repair, construction or installation as needed
Instruct and guide helper when needed
Determine equipment and supplies needed for project completion
Minimum of 3 years of related maintenance, repair and/or construction experience
Possess all required HVAC licenses, EPA universal
Able to use facilities management software
Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pass pre-employment drug screening and agree to criminal background check
Ability to understand and follow English instructions, good verbal and written communication skills
